Overview - Our highly trained staff is skilled in a wide variety of processes and procedures. Our operators are fully trained in both manufacturing and quality procedures. We adhere to established procedures, no process or procedure may change without the customers prior approval. We are FDA/QSR compliant and ISO 13485registered.

Injection Molding - Our molding machines feature microprocessor based closed loop process controls. Clamp tonnage's range from 85 to 220 tons with shot sizes from 3 to 10 ounces. We commonly run high-grade engineering resins as well as commodity resins. Our capabilities also include insert molding of metal components and hot stamping. Our molding manufacturing is performed in a controlled environment.

Medical Device Assembly - Assembly and packaging operations are performed in our Class 100,000 cleanroom. Our capabilities include ultrasonic welding, adhesive bonding, and UV curing. Our testing capabilities include a wide variety of processes and techniques.
