The OriGen Dual Lumen Cannula is indicated for vascular access for ECMO or other procedures requiring supply and return in a single cannula.

The catheter tip is divided into unequal lumens, the area ratio of the Venous to Arterial lumens being approximately 2 to 1. The catheter is manufactured by overmolding the formed and drilled tip with a polyurethane "Y". The resulting "Y" provides connection for the perfusion tubing to the separate lumens of the catheter. Supply tubes and connectors are solvent bonded in place. Except for the polycarbonate connectors, the device is made entirely from polyurethane. The catheter is available in size 12F, 15F and 18F, and each catheter is supplied with a blunt introducer in the venous lumen and a self-sealing vent plug in the arterial lumen.
